• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Handle transactions smoothly using our Point-of-Sale system (cash, credit, check).
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
• Answer customer questions in person and over a multi-line phone system.
• Keep our retail space clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Report unusual issues or customer feedback to management.
• Support team members and contribute to achieving company goals.

• Experience: Previous retail, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• People Skills: Outgoing, approachable, and genuinely customer-focused.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable with computers, QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
• Dependability: Honest, punctual, and reliable.
• Flexibility: Able to work Saturdays and adapt to business needs.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Team Spirit: Strong communication skills and a willingness to jump in where needed.
