• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and more.
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment breakdowns and ensure safety standards are met.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Work in the field and in the shop — no two days are the same.
• Collaborate with operators and project managers to keep timelines on track.

• A Heavy Equipment Mechanic with 3+ years of hands-on experience (construction, mining, or agriculture equipment a plus!)
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• CDL or ability to obtain one is a big bonus!
• A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and commitment to safety.
